Sarah is the owner of Well of Being, an organisation offering therapy and coaching to individuals and groups. She is an accredited counsellor, therapist, and Certified Change Coach, with a passion for supporting her clients to create the changes in life they are seeking. Sarah believes that change comes from a deep well of love and ‘knowing’ that we all have within us – even if we don’t always know it is there! She supports clients to rediscover that well and to help them see that we all have the magic within us to transform our experience into one of wellbeing and clarity.
